Our office is over at Dhaval Windscapes, specifically in unit A 303. It is right in the Sasanenagar area of Hadapsar. If you live in Pune, you probably already know how the traffic gets around here, but once you get inside the complex, it is actually pretty decent and quiet. R B Chaphalkar Homes Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this flat for a good bit of time. It is not your typical corporate office setup with a fancy lobby. It feels a lot more like a home office because it is located right in a residential building. We spend most of our days talking about different housing projects and looking over site plans on the table. The security guards at the main gate sometimes stop people to ask where they are going, so you just have to tell them you are heading to the A wing. Being on the third floor is nice because there are not too many stairs to climb if the lift happens to be acting up, which does happen every now and then. We like to keep things simple here. There is a small tea shop just down the road that we usually walk to when we need a short break from the screens. Most of our neighbors are just regular families, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. It is a busy part of Hadapsar, but our little corner at A 303 is where all the actual work happens.
