Quality Inn Regency Hotel

You can find us at 192 Dhole Patil Road, which is right behind the Ruby Hall Clinic Hospital. Being so close to a major hospital means we see a lot of people who are in town for medical reasons, and also employees from the nearby L&T building. The street is always busy with ambulances, cars, and people looking for a place to eat. Our hotel, Quality Inn Regency, is a bit older, and we’ve lived through a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years. The lobby is a bit small, and it often feels crowded when people are waiting for their rooms or checking out. We spend most of our day-to-day lives making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are clean. It’s a lot of physical work, and the staff is usually running from one floor to another to finish the chores. Dhole Patil Road is a prime spot in Pune, so there’s never a dull moment outside our front door. We have a lot of regulars who stay with us every time they are in the city for business. It’s not a fancy lifestyle, just a lot of coordinating and making sure we don't overbook the rooms. We don't have a big corporate structure; it's mostly just a few managers and the cleaning crew trying to stay on top of everything. The nights can be loud with the city traffic, but that’s just how it is living and working in this part of town.
