Pune Logitech Services Llp is based out in Midc Phase-3, right in the middle of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjawadi. It’s a bit strange because you have all these high-tech glass buildings and then there’s us in Village Maan. It’s a mix of the old village and the new IT world. We handle the logistics and service side of things, which means we’re always on the move. The traffic in Hinjawadi is something else, especially during the shift changes, so we’ve learned to plan our day around the rush. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to coordinate where the trucks and the gear need to be. We’ve seen this whole area change from open fields to what it is now. We still feel like local people, even with all the big companies around us. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking schedules. It gets pretty hectic, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a delivery that’s running late. We don't pretend to be a big fancy corporation. We’re just a local LLP trying to make sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes we grab a vada pav from the stall down the road and just watch the tech workers walk by while we wait for our next load. It’s a busy life here in Village Maan, but it’s ours.
