Pumice Infra (India) Private Limited is situated at Cts 152A/1 in the Samrat Swastik building. We’re located in Magarpattacity, over in the Hadapsar area. Being in Magarpattacity means there’s always a lot of activity around us, with all the IT offices and the people moving about. Our space in Samrat Swastik is where we get the real work done, away from the noise of the construction sites. It’s a functional office, nothing too over the top. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of rolls of drawings leaning against the walls. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with the logistics of our infra projects, which means a lot of emails and even more phone calls to get things moving. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of milk for the coffee, but we manage. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and see what we’re working on without any corporate gatekeepers. We know the Hadapsar area well, and being based here makes it easy for us to reach our different sites around the city. We aren't about big speeches or fancy brochures. We just show up every morning, check the progress reports, and handle whatever issues popped up overnight. It’s steady work, and we’re happy to be doing it from this spot in Magarpattacity, keeping things simple and practical.
