Ptj Infra is based out of Aundh in Pune, specifically in Ameya Apartment on S. No. 159/1. It’s a quiet residential area, and our office is just Flat 15, so it really feels like working from home most days. Aundh has changed a lot over the last few years with all the new shops and cafes, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We started this company because we wanted to handle infrastructure projects in a way that felt more personal. It’s usually just a few of us here, sitting around the dining table that we turned into a conference desk. We don’t have any big signs outside or a fancy entrance. Most people hear about us through friends or people we’ve worked with before. Pune is a great place to be, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much when we have to get to a site across town. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out in the sun. It’s not a glamorous life, and there is always a lot of paperwork to deal with when it comes to local regulations. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward. We don’t use any corporate talk; we just say things as they are and try to be helpful to anyone who calls us up or stops by the flat to chat.
