PSG BUILDCON LLP

PSG BUILDCON LLP is based out of a flat in the Samarpan Housing Co-op Society. Specifically, we are in Flat No 503, which is in Sector 09, Plot 97/20 in Khed, Pune. Being in a residential building means we keep things pretty quiet and professional. We have been operating here in Maharashtra for a while now. Most of our work involves managing various building projects around the area. It’s a bit of a climb to the fifth floor if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. We use the space to go over contracts and meet with our partners. It’s a comfortable enough setup for a small team like ours. We don't have big flashy signs outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know where Samarpan is. We try to keep our overheads low so we can focus on the actual construction work we do. Khed is a growing place, and there is always some new project starting up. We like being part of that growth. Our days are filled with phone calls to sites and checking on materials. It can get stressful when things are delayed, but we just take it one day at a time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can trust with their work.
