We operate out of Concord Amulyam, which is over in Moshi on the Alandi Road. It’s a pretty busy area of Pune these days with all the new buildings going up. Our office is in Wing A, Flat 706, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We started Prorise Infratech because we saw how much construction was happening around Moshi and figured we could help out. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls to keep things running. Pune traffic is always a topic of conversation in the office, especially when we’re trying to get to a site on time. We’re not a huge team, just a few people who know the technical side of infrastructure. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we’re scratching our heads over a problem, but we always figure it out. Being in a residential building like Concord Amulyam means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, which keeps us grounded. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and a couple of chairs where we drink a lot of tea. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Moshi has changed so much lately, and it’s interesting to be part of that growth. We just keep our heads down and do our part. It is what it is.
