You can find PROMISIVE LANDMARKS LLP over in Undri. We are specifically located in Kumar Prince Town, which is on NIBM Road. Our office is 701 A-2, not too far from Palace Orchard. It’s a busy part of Pune, but our building is tucked away enough that we can actually get some work done without too much noise. We’ve been at this for a while now, focusing on land and building projects around this side of town. Working out of Undri makes sense for us because a lot of the growth is happening right here. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to push people into things. Most of our days are spent looking at maps, talking to contractors, and dealing with the local authorities. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, to be honest. Our office looks like a place where people actually work. There are blueprints everywhere and the printer is usually running. We prefer it that way. It’s more real. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get built properly. We know the NIBM Road area like the back of our hands now. It’s just home for the business and where we spend most of our waking hours. That is just how it is for us every day.
