PROGRESSIVE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

So, we’ve got our small office set up over at Royal One, specifically in Flat No B/304. We are PROGRESSIVE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. It sounds like a big name, but it’s really just a few of us working out of Pimple Nilakh. We spend most of our time at Survey No 16/44 or checking out the plots from 49 to 54. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. Construction is a tough job and things don’t always go exactly as planned on the blueprints. We’ve had our fair share of long days where the cement doesn't show up on time or the weather turns bad. That's just life in the building trade though. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just build houses and try to make sure they're solid. Pimple Nilakh has been growing so fast lately, and it's interesting to be in the middle of it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that being honest about how things are going is better than making empty promises. Just regular people doing regular work at PROGRESSIVE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. It's a local business, plain and simple. We like it that way. No need for anything fancy when you’re just trying to build things properly.
