PRIYVARDHINI BILDCON LLP

Our office for Priyvardhini Bildcon LLP is on the Saswad Pune Road. We are in Anand Plaza, specifically Office No. 29. The survey number is 616/2/2. It’s a bit outside the main city center, which we like. The 412301 area is where we do most of our business. We deal with building and construction projects mostly. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers. We aren't a massive firm, just a local LLP trying to get things built properly. The office in Anand Plaza is where we meet and talk about the next steps for our sites. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. Pune is a big place, but we stick mostly to our side of town. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to make sure the buildings we work on are solid. Sometimes we are stuck in traffic on the Saswad road, but that’s part of the job. People know us as the folks who are always at the site or in the office till late. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s just us, a small team of people who know about construction and want to do a decent job every day. There is always something to fix or plan, and we just handle it as it comes. That is our life at Priyvardhini.
