PRIYANKA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the Parvati area, specifically in the Rakshalekha Society. Our office is Flat Number 554, in the A 4/13 block. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We like it that way because we’re often working on residential properties ourselves. Having our office inside a society helps us stay connected to what people actually want in their homes. The office is a converted flat, so it has a very lived-in, comfortable feel. We have our files in the cupboards and our desks in what used to be the living room. It’s a quiet place where we can sit down and really look over the development plans without too much noise. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re a small team that manages property development from the ground up. Sometimes we’re out looking at new plots of land, and other times we’re at the office dealing with the local authorities or the utilities. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just explain what can be done with a piece of property and what it’s going to take to get there. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we prefer taking our time to make sure things are handled properly. Being in Rakshalekha Society keeps us grounded in the reality of everyday life.
