Priveus Lifespaces Llp

Priveus Lifespaces Llp is based out of the City Centre building over on Karve Road. We are in office 205, right in the Erandwana area of Pune. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the students and office goers moving around 411004. The building itself is quite central, so it’s not hard to find us if you are familiar with the CTS 39/2 landmark. We have been in this space for some time, and it fits what we need for a small firm. Inside, it's just a bunch of desks and some cabinets for our project files. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge. Usually, one of us just looks up from our computer when someone walks through the door. Working in Erandwana is nice because there are plenty of cafes around for when we need a break from the screen. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or looking at site plans for the different lifespaces we deal with. It gets a bit hectic during the monsoon when the roads get messy, but we still make it in every day. The office feels like a second home to most of us since we spend so many hours here together. It is just a regular Pune business trying to keep up with the local growth. We handle the paperwork and the coordination right here from the second floor without much drama.
