Our office is tucked away in the Wanowrie area of Pune, right near Sacred Heart Society. We are based in Flat No-503 of the Rose Building, which is part of the Flower Valley complex. It is actually quite a quiet spot compared to the main roads. We have been here for some time now, working on various developer projects under the name Priparth. The Sn-73 part of the map can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers, so we often have to walk down to the gate to show them where we are. Inside, it looks more like a home than a strict business place since it is a flat. We have got some desks set up and a few chairs for when people drop by to chat. Most of the work involves looking at site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Pune is growing so fast, especially around this 411040 zip code, and we see it happening every day from our balcony. Sometimes we take our breaks downstairs in the garden when it is not too hot. We are not a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with being developers. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the local paperwork without making a big fuss about it. There are usually some files stacked on the floor, but we know where everything is located.
