Primedale Properties Llp

We are based out of Flat No A 5806 in the Grand Bay complex, which is located at Survey No 65/2 in Manjari Bk. Running Primedale Properties Llp keeps us pretty busy around this part of the city. We spend most of our time dealing with property listings and helping folks find a place that fits their budget. Manjari Bk has changed a lot lately, and being right here in Grand Bay gives us a good look at how things are growing. It’s not always easy keeping track of all the different flats and land deals, but we manage. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just us working out of the office, answering calls and heading out for site visits. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to be honest about what a property offers without all that sales talk you usually hear. If a place has a leaky faucet or the view isn't great, we'll tell you. Dealing with property paperwork is a bit of a slog, but it’s part of the job. We've lived and worked in this area long enough to know the shortcuts and the local market trends fairly well. Just a small team doing our thing here in the neighborhood. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to help people get settled into their new homes without too much fuss or unnecessary drama.
