Our office is tucked away in Ishwardham Society over in Kalyani Nagar. If you know Pune, you know Kalyani Nagar is a pretty active place, but our little corner at S.No. 209 stays relatively calm. It is a decent spot for us to handle the property side of things. We have been here for a while, and the 411014 area has grown up around us. The office is not anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our maps and folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different plots. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get around, so we end up staying in the office longer than we planned. We don’t have a receptionist or a big waiting area. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers. It is a very local operation. We know the streets around here well because we walk them every day to get tea or lunch. Dealing with properties means a lot of paperwork and waiting for things to get approved, so we have learned to be patient. It’s just how it goes in this business. We are glad to be part of the Kalyani Nagar community, even if we are just a small outfit in a quiet society.
