Prime Akshaar Developers Llp is located over at Sn 209 Ishwardham in Kalyani Nagar. This part of town is always changing, and we are right in the middle of it. We started this because we saw how much work was needed around here. Most of our day is spent looking at site plans or talking to contractors who come by the office. It gets a bit dusty and loud sometimes with all the nearby work, but we don't mind much. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team that knows the local land. We take our time with things because rushing usually leads to mistakes. We've got a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners of the room. Sometimes we stay late just to finish one bit of planning. It’s not always easy, and there are days when things don't go according to the schedule, but we just keep pushing through. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners around Ishwardham quite well by now. We don't try to act like we're changing the world. We are just building things, one step at a time, and making sure the foundations are solid before we move on to the next project. Our desks are usually covered in sketches and empty tea cups, which shows just how much time we spend figuring out the next steps for our local builds.
