Pride Ana Realty is based out of a quiet spot in Bhagirathi Nagar. We are located at S. No. 209/6/12/1, which is basically the area where Subhash Mandavwale is known. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or loud. We spend our days dealing with real estate stuff, mostly looking at land and helping people figure out where they want to be. The neighborhood here is pretty grounded, and we try to match that vibe in how we run things. There aren’t any marble floors or fancy glass walls in our office, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and papers. We think it’s better that way because people feel more comfortable just stopping in for a chat. Working in Bhagirathi Nagar means we see a lot of the same faces, which we like. It’s a practical business. We deal with the legal side of things and the physical land too. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who come to us. Usually, it’s just a few of us in the office, handling calls and checking on different plots. It’s a simple life, focused on the ground under our feet. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and plan to stay here, just doing what we do every day. It keeps us busy enough.
