Premier Chairs

You can find us tucked away at 783/2 in Juna Tophkhana. We’re right behind the Mangala Theatre in S Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot. Premier Chairs is our little operation where we deal with all sorts of seating. The shop is usually overflowing with chairs—some new, some waiting for repairs, and some just parts. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes trying to get from the front to the back. We spend our hours fixing frames or checking the cushioning. It’s honest work that keeps your hands busy. Being behind a theatre means there’s always a bit of life around the corner, especially when a movie lets out. S Nagar is a tight-knit area, and we know most of the other shop owners nearby. We don't have a big glossy catalog; usually, people just walk in, sit on a few chairs, and decide what they like. The building is old, and it has its quirks, like the squeaky floorboards in the office section. We don't mind it much. It’s just how things are. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big display; we just want to make sure the chairs we sell are sturdy enough to sit on for years. Some days we're swamped with a big order for an office, and other days we're just fixing one old stool for a neighbor. We take it as it comes.
