Our office is Flat No. A106 at Karan Bella Vista, which is located on the Pune Solapur Road in the Haveli area. PREG Properties Llp is a small team that handles various real estate and property matters. Since we are right on the main road, we get to see the city of Pune expanding every single day. The traffic outside can be quite intense, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. Inside the office, it’s a bit quieter. We have our files organized and we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for property. We don't have a corporate office in a glass tower. We just have this flat where we do our work. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which we actually prefer. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing jargon or trying to sound more important than we are. We've spent enough time here to know how the local property stuff works and we try to be as helpful as we can when someone has a question. Most of our work is just managing the details and making sure all the legal side of things is handled correctly. Pune is a fast-growing place and there is always something new happening on the Solapur Road. We are just happy to have a steady spot here where we can keep doing our work every day and helping people navigate the property market.
