We are located at Plot Number 126 in the Fakirwada area, specifically at Survey Number 36. It’s a pretty straightforward place without any big signs or flashy lights. We do buildcon work, which mostly means we are constantly dealing with cement, steel, and a lot of paperwork. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our maps and the site diaries. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office; we are usually out on the plots checking how the foundation is coming along or if the bricks have arrived on time. Fakirwada is a place where people know each other, so we end up talking to a lot of locals while we work. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just take on a project and try to see it through to the end without too many headaches. Sometimes the weather gets in the way, or we have trouble finding enough good workers for the week, but we always find a way to manage. We have a few old desks and some plastic chairs for when visitors come by to talk about their plans. It’s a noisy, dusty business, but there is something good about seeing a structure go up where there was nothing before. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the company running and the sites moving.
