Prashant Ice Cream Distributor

Running an ice cream distribution business in Shivaji Nagar keeps us pretty busy, especially when the weather gets hot. We are located at Kamgar Chok, which is a fairly well-known intersection around here. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking temperatures and making sure the freezers are running like they should. If one of those stops, we’re in big trouble. We spend most of our time loading up the small trucks and vans that go out to the shops. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around in the cold, which is a bit of a shock when you step back outside into the heat. The office is just a small corner where we keep track of the orders and who needs what. We aren't trying to be the biggest distributor in the state or anything, we just want to make sure the local shops in our area get their stock on time. Sometimes the traffic at the chok makes it hard for our drivers to get out quickly, which can be frustrating. We’ve been at 1/79-8 for a few years and the neighbors are all used to the sound of our cooling units running at night. It’s a straightforward job, really. We just move the product from the big trucks to the small ones and try to keep everything frozen. It's not a glamorous job but someone has to do it.
