We are based in Pune. Pras Pharma Pvt Ltd has been around this city for a while, and we have seen it change quite a bit from what it used to be. Pune is a busy place now, and sometimes just getting to the office takes longer than the actual work we do. We are in the pharmaceutical sector, but we don't have one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the tech parks. Our space is much more modest. It’s basically just a floor where we have our desks and some storage for samples and files. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s a lot of coordination. The office is usually a bit messy with papers and folders because we are always in the middle of three things at once. We don't have a cleaning crew that comes every hour, so we usually just tidy up our own spots before we leave for the day. There is a small pantry where we make tea, which is probably the most used part of the office. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to avoid the worst of the evening traffic.
