You can find us right across from the historical Shaniwar Wada, inside the Nav Maharashtra House building. Being in Shaniwar Peth means we are right in the middle of everything that happens in this city. Our office at number 43 is usually full of people coming and going throughout the day. We handle different types of business under the Pranav name, from real estate to general trading. It's a family-run sort of feeling even though we've grown over the years. The building itself is older, but it has a lot of character that we like. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons in meetings or on the phone with clients. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the tourists near the historical site. Sometimes we just look out the window at the crowds for a minute or two. We don't have a big HR department or fancy slogans on the walls. We just show up and do the work that’s on the table for that day. Our desks are usually covered in folders and half-empty tea cups. We focus on keeping our commitments to the people we work with. It's a lot of coordination between different departments and people. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when deadlines are close. We like the local food around here, so lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the nearby stalls. It’s a practical place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to be reliable for the folks who count on us.
