Pramod Desai Civil Contractors LLP operates from Bibwewadi in Pune. Our office is tucked away in Rajshri Shahu Society, specifically at B-12. Being in Pune, we are used to the traffic and the way the city is expanding. We handle civil contracting work around this area and further out. The LLP structure is mostly for the paperwork; on the ground, we are just a team trying to get jobs finished. Our space in the society is where we keep our files and meet up before heading to site. It’s not a corporate glass building, just a regular spot in a residential society. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We’ve been doing this for a bit now. We know the local suppliers and how to get things moved through the Pune streets. Working in civil construction means long days and a lot of coordination. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building what needs to be built. We spend our mornings checking schedules and our afternoons out where the actual work happens. Bibwewadi is a good base for us. It’s central enough to reach most places we need to be. We are just local contractors doing our part in the city's growth. No fancy speeches here.
