Prajwal Hotels Llp is based at S N 41/1A/1 P 480, in the Parvati area. We are in Building Number 11, specifically Flat Number 12. This is inside the Saikrupa Society, which is right next to the Seven Wonders place in Shivd Arshan. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in. Pune is always moving, and this spot is no different. Our office is basically a flat, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have some desks squeezed in, and there’s always paperwork piled up. Being near Seven Wonders means there are always tourists and locals walking around, which makes the area feel energetic. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for the hotels from here. It’s not always pretty work. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait for the delivery guy for ages. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years, so we know the local shops and where to get the best tea. It’s a tight-knit community in Saikrupa. We talk to the neighbors and keep an eye on things. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us trying to keep the hotel business going without too much fuss. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various properties. The parking can be a headache on weekends when everyone is out. We just make do.
