Our place is out in Agoti No. 1, in the Indapur area. It’s quite different from being in the city. We are right there at the post office location. Being an agro company, our lives are tied to the seasons and the soil. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the sheds looking at the crops and equipment. It’s a lot of dirt and sun. The office is just a small room with a fan and a desk where we keep the ledger and the land papers. We deal with local farmers and suppliers every day. Some days we are worried about the rain, and other days we are worried about the heat. Indapur is a tough place to work sometimes because of the weather, but we are used to it. We don't have any city luxuries here. We eat what’s available and work until the sun goes down. It’s a practical business, no fluff or fancy talk. We just try to grow things and help others do the same. Sometimes the roads are bad and it takes a long time to get anything delivered. We don’t have a big marketing budget, we just rely on the quality of what we produce. It’s a simple, hard-working life out here in Agoti. We’ve been doing this for a long time and don't plan on changing anything. It is what it is.
