We run PRACHETAS CONSULTANTS AND CONTRACTORS LL P out of Jagdeep Apartment, which is located at S 73/1/C in the Erandwana area. Instead, we have a functional workspace where we handle all our consulting and contracting jobs. The apartment setting makes it a bit quieter than a main-road office, which helps when we are trying to focus on technical drawings or contract details. Most of our days are spent going back and forth between the office and various job sites around the city. We do a mix of things, helping people figure out their construction plans and then actually getting the work done. It’s a small operation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything—from answering the phone to checking on the materials at a site. Erandwana is a good central spot for us, and we’ve been here long enough that we know the local suppliers and other contractors by name. We don't go in for big advertisements; most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to do a solid job on every contract we take, whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger consulting project. It’s just us, working hard in a regular Pune apartment to keep the business moving forward.
