Our place is out at Gaikawadmala in Mandavgan Farata. It’s a bit of a drive out in the Shirur taluka, but it’s where we belong. Prabhanshu Infracon Private Limited is based at Sr No - 1057. It’s a rural area, so we do a lot of work for people around these parts. We aren't a big city firm with shiny suits. Most of the time we are in jeans and work boots. We handle all sorts of infrastructure and building jobs. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping. We’ve got a small crew that has been together for a long time. We know each other’s rhythms and how to get the job done without much fuss. The office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the records and talk about the next day’s plans. We don’t have a website or anything like that usually, we just rely on people knowing who we are. Pune is a big district, but out here in Mandavgan Farata, everyone knows everyone. We try to be helpful and do things the right way. It’s not always fast, but it’s steady. We take pride in the fact that we can look a neighbor in the eye after a job is done. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in the village and keep the roads and houses in good shape.
