Pra Realty India Pvt Ltd The Lake District is based out in Yeolewadi, over in the Kondhwa Annexe area. We are right on the Kondhwa 1st Main Road, pretty much opposite the Sinhgad Management college. It’s a part of town that has been growing a lot lately. Our office is where we handle all the real estate business for the Lake District projects. It’s a lot of meetings with people looking for new homes and going over blueprints and site plans. The area around here is quite busy with students from the college across the road, so there is always a bit of life on the street. Inside the office, it is mostly just desks and large maps on the walls. We spend our time explaining how the buildings are going to look and showing people where they might live. It isn’t a high-pressure sales environment, just a place to get information and see the progress of the construction. Sometimes we have to go out to the site to check on things, which can get a bit dusty. The 1st Main Road is a good spot for us because people can find us easily when they come to visit the area. We have been working on this project for a while and we just take it one day at a time. It’s about being there to answer questions and making sure the office side of the development stays organized for everyone involved in the project.
