Potdar Developers is based out of Suryaprabha Garden in Bibwewadi, Pune. Specifically, we are at Flat E2/6. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We like it that way because it gives us some room to breathe and think. Kenjale Nagar is a nice spot. We have been here for a while now, and our neighbors are all familiar faces. Most of our work involves checking out building sites and making sure the construction is moving along as it should. It is a lot of coordination with different teams. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or a pipe leaking, and we have to drop everything to go fix it. That is just part of the job. We do not have a massive office with glass walls; it is just a comfortable place where we can sit down with our plans and a cup of chai. We are not trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Bibwewadi is growing fast, and there is always something new being built. We try to keep up with the changes and make sure we are doing our part right. It is steady work, and we enjoy seeing the progress on the buildings we help create. If you are in the area, you will probably see us heading out to a site.
