Potable Hotels Private Limited is based in Pune. We are over in Shukrawar Peth, which is one of those older, more traditional parts of the city. Our office is in Punchwati Heights, specifically on the 4th floor, unit C/13. It’s right near Seva Mitra Mandal, which is a local landmark people use to find us. Being in Shukrawar Peth means the streets are often narrow and crowded, but it has a lot of character. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels real. The office itself is just a functional space. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just where the hospitality management happens. We’ve got the 411002 pincode. It can be a bit hard to find parking around here sometimes, so most of us just find whatever spot we can on the street. The 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops in the Peth area. It’s a busy place with a lot of small businesses nearby. We just go about our work every day, dealing with whatever comes up in the hotel business. There is no corporate mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and keep things running. It’s a simple setup for a Private Limited company in a very old and interesting part of Pune.
