Poona Dairy

You can find Poona Dairy over at Manoj Villa on D J Road, number 338, in Ghorpade Peth. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The building is an old one, Manoj Villa, and it has a lot of character even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Working in Ghorpade Peth means you’re always in the middle of the city's buzz. We spend our days handling the dairy products, checking the temperatures, and serving the people who walk in. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy crates and moving things around the small space we have. We aren't trying to be some massive company, we just want to keep the shop running smoothly for the folks who live around D J Road. Some days are really busy and we barely have time to sit down for a cup of tea. Other days, things are quiet and we just sit by the door and watch the traffic go by. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day so people know they can count on us. It’s a simple life, really. We take care of the products, talk to the neighbors, and try to make sure we don't mess up the orders. It’s what we do.
