POLARSTAR PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE is located in Kothrud, Pune. Our office is in Shree Raj Hill View, which is part of the Bhusari Colony area. Kothrud is a nice place to work from, even if the hills make the layout a bit interesting. We focus on infrastructure and various projects around the Pune region. We’re a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. It’s more of a hands-on environment here. The office at Flat No. 17 is usually buzzing with people coming in and out from different sites. We handle the planning and the boring legal stuff from there so the guys on the ground can focus on the actual building. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with how much Pune is expanding these days. We just try to keep up with the demand and do a decent job. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us; we just rely on the work we’ve already done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out in the sun at a site. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we have to deal with delays we didn't expect, but we just keep pushing forward. We’re just a local business trying to make a living and build something useful for the city.
