Our place is at Survey No - 40, right along the Manchar-Nirgudsar Road in the village of Pimpalgaon. It’s part of the Ambegaon Taluka, and it’s a fairly rural setting compared to the big cities. We’re surrounded by fields and open space, which makes for a peaceful work environment most of the time. We handle various bits of business for the people in this district, mostly focusing on what the local community needs. The office is a simple structure that we built ourselves a while back. It’s got everything we need to run things, even if it isn't the most modern setup you've ever seen. We spend a lot of our day talking to folks who drive in from the surrounding farms. Since we’re right on the main road between Manchar and Nirgudsar, we see a lot of familiar faces passing by every day. We don't have a big staff, just a few local guys who know the area and the people well. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road a bit muddy and slow things down, but we just take it as it comes. We’re not into fancy talk or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here in Pimpalgaon, and we’re quite happy being a part of the local landscape and helping our neighbors when we can.
