Tjn Construction Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Surya Terraces at Plot No.5. We are in Flat No. 1, which is located right behind the Padmavati Bus Stand. Having the bus stand so close is actually very helpful for our staff and the people we work with. The office is a converted residential space, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have large tables spread out with architectural drawings and site plans everywhere you look. There is usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the office side of things as orderly as possible. Behind the bus stand, it can get a little noisy with the buses idling and people shouting, but we have gotten used to the background hum. We spend a lot of our time visiting various construction sites, so there are days when only one person is in the office. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from checking materials to talking with the laborers. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. It is a straightforward way of working that suits us just fine. We just focus on the buildings we are putting up and making sure they are done right.
