PN CONTRACTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of a flat in Thergaon, specifically in the Bhagwati Palms society. We are in Wing A/2, Flat Number 08. It’s a residential-style setup which makes the whole business feel much more approachable. We handle various types of contracting work throughout the Pune area. Since we are based in a flat, we don't have the typical corporate overhead, which lets us stay focused on the actual work. Our team is small, and we spend most of our time out at the different project sites anyway. The office is really just a hub for where we meet in the mornings or sort out the billing and labor schedules in the evening. Thergaon is a growing area, so there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We got into this business because we like seeing a project go from a plan on a piece of paper to a finished structure. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and there are always surprises on a job site, but that is what we are used to. We don’t try to sound like we are some international giant. We are just local contractors who know our trade and try to keep our clients happy by being honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s a simple way of working that has suited us well for years.
