Platinum Buildcraft & Spaces LLP

We are located on the third floor of MSR Capital, right across from the City International School here in Pune. Platinum Buildcraft & Spaces LLP is the name on the door at Office No. 04. It’s a busy area, especially when school lets out, but we like the energy. Our work is mostly about building and managing spaces around the city. We’ve got a small team that handles the daily grind of construction and planning. It’s not always easy, and there are days when nothing seems to go right with the weather or the labor, but we manage. We aren’t trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We’re just a local business trying to make a living. Most of our time is spent looking at site plans or talking to vendors. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen how the Pune real estate market goes up and down. Our office is a practical space where we get our planning done. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We prefer to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take three months, we say three months. We don't see the point in overcomplicating things with big promises. It’s just us, working in MSR Capital, trying to get things built. We don't have much time for fancy talk, we just focus on the sites.
