PLANET I BUILDCON LLP

Our office is in Business Court, over at SR. No. 707 in Building D. We’re up in Office No. 605. Planet I Buildcon LLP has been part of the Pune scene for some time now. Pune is growing so fast, it feels like there’s a new building every week. We try to keep up with all the changes. It’s just a handful of us here in the office. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, talking to suppliers and checking on project timelines. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s steady. The 411037 area is pretty busy, so getting to the office in the morning can be a bit of a trek with the traffic. Once we’re here, it’s all about managing the different construction tasks we have going on. We don’t really use big words or fancy pitches. We just tell people what we can do and then go do it. Sometimes mistakes happen, or a delivery is late, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just the nature of buildcon work. We like being in this part of Pune. There are plenty of other businesses around, which keeps things interesting. We’re not a huge firm, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. It’s just a more direct way of doing things. We stay busy with the local projects and don't worry about the rest.
