PLAM CRAFT INFRASTRUCTURE AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small office is tucked away in the Three Jewels complex over in Katraj. If you know Tilekar Nagar, you probably know where Flat G-202 is located. We spend a lot of time on site, but this is where the planning happens and where we keep all our documents. Being in Pune means there is always some construction going on, and we are just another group of people working on infrastructure projects here. We started doing this because we know the local area well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our maps and schedules. We deal with a lot of different things, from basic building work to more complicated infrastructure stuff around the S NO 45(P) and 44(P) areas. It gets pretty dusty out there on the roads, so coming back to the office is nice at the end of the shift. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know how the local rules work and how to talk to the workers on the ground. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies that haven't arrived yet. It's not always easy, things get delayed or plans change, but that is just how it goes in this business. We are glad to be working in this part of Pune. Katraj has changed a lot lately, and we've seen it happen from our little spot in Three Jewels.
