We are located in Warje, which is a busy part of Pune. Specifically, you can find us at Lane Number 5 in Tapodham. Our office is associated with Mr. Vinod R. Mali at S. No. 14. Warje has grown so much lately, and being in Tapodham means we are right in the thick of it. Pinnac Housing Ltd. handles a lot of things from this small office. The lane is usually full of parked bikes and people moving around. It’s a bit of a climb to get here if you’re walking, but the view of the hills nearby is nice when the weather is clear. The office itself is full of maps, blueprints, and a lot of registers. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just the windows and some fans. It gets pretty busy in the mornings with people coming in to ask about plots or papers. We try to keep everything organized, but it’s a struggle with so much going on. We usually have some snacks from the shop down the road during our breaks. The 411052 area is a good place to be, even if it gets a bit chaotic with the traffic on the main road. It’s a down-to-earth kind of place. We just focus on what needs to be done and try to help people out when they walk in. It’s just us doing our job in this corner of the city.
