We are located at Govind Yashada Chowk, right in the heart of the Shri Ram Colony area. It’s very close to Pimpri Colony, which is a place most people around here know well. Our office is easy to find if you’re coming through Pimpri-Chinchwad because the chowk is always busy. We have been working from this spot for a good while, watching the area grow and change. There are always new shops opening up and more people moving into the colony. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We get in, have some tea, and start looking through the latest property details. It’s a lot of talking to owners and showing people around different sites. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a few visitors, but we make do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff and making sure the paperwork is in order. The traffic at the chowk can be loud, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, walking around the different blocks to see how things are coming along. It’s a practical way to work because you get to see exactly what’s happening on the ground. People just drop in when they’re passing by, which is how we like it. It keeps us connected to what is actually going on around Govind Yashada. We're just local folks trying to stay busy.
