Our office is located at 590 A/1/11 on the first floor of Trimurthi Tower in Rasta Peth. It’s a busy little spot where we handle a lot of parcels and documents every single day. If you come by, you’ll see bags and boxes waiting to be sorted and sent out. We aren't some big high-tech operation with robots. It’s just us doing the sorting by hand and making sure labels are correct. The building is a typical Pune commercial spot, and it can get quite hot in the afternoons. We have a few motorcycles coming and going all the time. People in Rasta Peth know us because we’ve been around for a while. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing; we just focus on getting the deliveries done. Sometimes a package gets delayed because of the rain or a breakdown, and we have to explain that to people. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down tracking numbers in our books. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we manage. We’ve seen all kinds of things being sent through our service, from simple letters to big heavy boxes. It’s a simple business, really. We just try to keep things moving as fast as the traffic allows. Rasta Peth is a good area for us because it’s central and we can reach most places fairly quickly. We just keep sorting until the floor is clear.
