Connecting Logistics Pvt. Ltd

Our office for Connecting Logistics Pvt. Ltd is up on the third floor of the Jai Ganesh Vision building in Akurdi. It is a busy part of Pune, and you can see a lot of the city movement from the windows of the 1st wing. Most of the day here is spent on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to figure out where trucks are and when they might actually arrive. There are usually stacks of paperwork and manifests sitting on the desks, and the printer seems to be running almost constantly. We have a few desks squeezed into the space, and it can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. The lift in the building is sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. Logistics is a lot of sitting and waiting followed by a lot of rushing around when something goes wrong. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars to keep track of the dates. It is a plain workspace where we try to keep things moving as best as we can. Akurdi is a good spot to be, even if the traffic outside can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We just come in, do the work, drink a lot of tea, and try to make sure everything gets to where it needs to go.
