We handle some of the shipping stuff for people around here. It gets a bit crowded on the first floor of 2 Nehru Nagar when the new manifests come in. Sometimes the fans don't work right in the heat. It’s a lot of coordination with the port. We've been at this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us checking lists and making sure things aren't stuck at the customs gate. It isn't very fancy. We have some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. People stop by to ask about their crates or just to drop off papers. It’s mostly just making sure things move from one place to another without getting lost. We know the routes and which drivers are reliable. It’s hard work and the hours are long when the ships are coming in late. The neighborhood is okay, a bit noisy with all the traffic downstairs. We just try to get the jobs done and go home. Usually, there's a lot of tea drinking while we wait for the emails to update. It’s a simple operation really. We’ve been at Nehru Nagar for years now, and the office is always a bit cluttered with folders. It’s just a normal workplace with plenty of stuff to do every single afternoon and we try to keep things moving.
