Spear Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is based on the 7th floor of the A. G. Technology Park. We are in the Server Space area, just off Iti Road in Aundh. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street. It’s a modern building, but our office feels more like a workshop for ideas and logistics. We have rows of desks with people tracking shipments and talking to drivers across the country. There are whiteboards everywhere with routes and schedules written on them. Sometimes the markers run dry and we have to hunt for a new one. It’s a fast-paced environment because things are always moving in the logistics world. We don't have much in the way of decor, just some maps and clocks showing different times. Aundh is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to. The office can get quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we keep the fans going. We are a group of people who just like to get the job done. No one here is too worried about titles or looking important. We just want to make sure the cargo gets where it needs to go on time. If you come up to the 7th floor, you’ll find us busy at our computers. It’s a lot of data and phone calls, but we like the challenge of it. We just keep pushing to make sure everything lands where it should.
