We've been over here at Plot 38/A in the Sahakar Vrind Society for a while now. If you know Kothrud, we are right across from where the old Vanaz factory is on Paud Road. It’s a busy spot during the day, but our little corner in the society is usually pretty okay. Most people here at Photonix Solar just spend their time dealing with the solar equipment and paperwork. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. We started this place because solar seemed like a practical thing to get into. Pune gets a lot of sun, so it made sense. Sometimes the traffic on Paud Road gets a bit much when we're trying to move stuff in or out, but you get used to it. The team here is small, just a few of us who know the technical side of things. We don't really do the big fancy speeches; we just look at the plans and see where the panels can go. It's mostly about making sure things work right. People stop by sometimes to ask about their bills or how the tech works, and we just tell them what we know. It's a lot of manual work and checking the numbers. We like being in this part of Pune since it's easy for the guys to commute. It keeps the overheads low and the work steady. Nothing more to it than that.
