Perfect Mansion Buildcon LLP is our small firm in Pune. We are located at SN.115/2/1A in the Parvati Building, specifically in Shop 2 of Shweta Society. Pune has changed so much lately, but our corner of the city still feels like home. Working out of a shop in a housing society means we see the same faces every day. It’s a ground-floor setup, so it’s easy to duck in and out when we are heading to a project site. We do a lot of the planning and paperwork right here in the shop. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for our desks and all the technical drawings we have to store. People in Shweta Society know us, and we like that local connection. We aren't some big corporate entity; we are just a bunch of people who know how to build houses and commercial spaces. Most of our day is spent on the move, checking on laborers or meeting with suppliers across Pune. When we are back at the office, it’s usually to catch up on emails or sort out some permits. There’s always something to do. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy pitches. We just tell people what can be done and then we go out and do it. It’s a simple way of working and it keeps things honest.
