We are located out in Ambegaon Bk in Pune, specifically in the Swapnatirth Society. Our office is actually in a flat, number 103 in the 951/44 B building. It is a bit of a different way to run a business, but it works for us. It feels more like a home than a cold office space. We focus on town and housing projects in this part of Pune. Since the city is expanding so much, there is always plenty of paperwork to deal with regarding land and survey numbers like 36/6/3. We are not a massive company with a lot of departments. It is just a few of us who understand the local rules and how to get things built. We spend a lot of our day looking at maps and talking to the people who live in the society. It is a quiet place to work, which is nice when you have to concentrate on blueprints. We started this because we saw how much Ambegaon was growing and wanted to be part of it. We do not have any big slogans or missions. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbors drop in for a chat, and we like that. It keeps us connected to the area we are building in. There is always tea on the stove and someone working on a new set of plans for a house.
