Pune traffic is something else, let me tell you. We are based out of Babar Heritage, right on Dattawadi Road in Akurdi. Being opposite St Ursula School means it gets really busy during the mornings and afternoons. You have to be careful when you’re pulling out with a student driver. It’s a good test for them, though. If they can drive around here, they can drive anywhere in Pune. The office is at Sr No 41/2/1A//7, which sounds complicated but it’s easy to find once you’re on Dattawadi Road. I’ve been doing this for a while now. I’ve taught a lot of people from the 411035 area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet new students. We have a few cars parked nearby. I try to keep them in good shape because the roads can be rough on the suspension. Teaching people to drive in Akurdi is never boring. There’s always someone in a hurry or a bus blocking the way. I just try to make sure people don’t panic when that happens. It’s a practical job. I don't go in for big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends who learned here. It’s just a local business trying to help people get from point A to point B safely. It’s a long day usually, but seeing someone finally get their license makes it all worth the effort.
