It’s usually filled with the sound of someone typing or people discussing a project over a map. We aren’t a corporate giant with a thousand employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure our projects stay on track. We spend a good chunk of our time driving out to sites, so we know the local roads and the shortcuts pretty well. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but we manage to get through it. We don't have a big PR person writing fancy stuff for us. This is just who we are—local workers doing a job. We’ve been in this area for a while and have seen it grow from mostly empty plots to what it is now. It’s hard work, and we often go home tired, but it feels good to see something actually built at the end of the day.
